NATIVE AMERICAN PREFERENCE STATEMENT
Spirit Lake Casino & Resort, an enterprise of Spirit Lake Nation, a federally reaffirmed Indian. Tribe, in accordance with section 703(i) of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, will give preference to Native Americans who meet job position minimum qualifications with regard to hiring, promotions and training.
Gaming Waiver Requirements/Application
In order to obtain a gaming waiver for certain felony convictions, you must fill out an application for the Spirit Lake Gaming Commission. Once a waiver application has been approved, that applicant will need to fill out an employment application with Human Resources to join the job pool. Many times, approved applicants are restricted to certain employment positions. Please come in to the property to pick up a gaming waiver application.
