Gaming Waiver Requirements/Application

In order to obtain a gaming waiver for certain felony convictions, you must fill out an application for the Spirit Lake Gaming Commission. Once a waiver application has been approved, that applicant will need to fill out an employment application with Human Resources to join the job pool. Many times, approved applicants are restricted to certain employment positions. Please fill out this application completely.
